Collaborating on Autistica’s 2030 Goals and CareTech’s Care4 ESG goals. Also, engaging CareTech staff and those with lived experience in knowledge exchange for future research.

An engagement plan has been developed for CareTech staff involvement, with opportunities to participate in research projects in the BabyLab and ToddlerLab, volunteering opportunities in the wider college, and the college’s Mentoring Pathways programme.

In addition, we have had four secondees from the wider business this year, supporting the development of the Foundation. While their support and the work they have achieved has been of great value, their feedback suggests the impact is not one way.
