Supporting People With Physical & Learning Disabilities And Mental Health: Innovation & Research
The CareTech Foundation’s partnership with Autistica, the leading UK autism research charity, funds the Social Care Action Fund, which goes to high-quality social care research studies focused on revolutionising social care provision for autistic adults.
The second round of Autistica Social Care Development Awards is underway, with funding for 2-4 projects, up to a value of £10,000. The aim is to increase the quantity and quality of autism research papers published.
The 2022 round of Awards funded Dr Georgia Lockwood-Estrin’s project “Bridging the gap for services: Developing an autism and homelessness toolkit and training package.”
The CareTech Foundation & Autistica won the 2021 Third Sector Corporate-Charity Partnership of the Year Award.
