Professor Moira Livingston
Trustee, Member of the Grants Committee and Audit & Risk Committee
Moira has been involved in health and social care for more than three decades, spending many years working initially as a Doctor in the field of older-age psychiatry and latterly as a senior clinical leader and senior manager in the NHS.
Moira has held a number of Director level roles in the NHS, including in workforce, education and training and quality improvement and has also led national programmes for the Department of Health in areas of workforce, clinical regulation and education and training.
Moira is a trained Level 7 Executive Coach, has previously been a Chair of a dementia charity and a Non-Executive Director at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, where she was a member of the Audit committee and Chaired the Quality Assurance Committee. Moira was also a specialist advisor with the Care Quality Commission.
