Gyorgy Budi

Gyorgy joins us as a Staff Trustee after being crowned Overall winner at the CareTech Care Awards 2024 for Adults and Specialist Services.

He began his journey with CareTech Ltd in March 2015 as a Support Worker, driven by a passion for supporting others and making a positive impact.

In 2019, he stepped into the role of Registered Manager for Jasper Lodge, where he’s been privileged enough to lead a dedicated team in delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

In 2023, he expanded his registration to include Edward House, and now manages both services.

His approach to care is deeply rooted in compassion, consistency, and respect. He is a devoted believer in God, always carries a joyful spirit, and strives to bring that warmth into every aspect of his work. Gyorgy cherishes time spent with both his family and the service users, building genuine relationships that create a true sense of community and support.
