The roles
Following two years of success in developing innovative and impactful partnerships and being increasingly recognised as the leading foundation in the sector, the Foundation is seeking two new senior leaders to join the Board of trustees to support the next phase of growth.
Trustees are particularly interested in recruiting candidates with the following expertise and/or experience:
- Finance, accounting and/or audit
- Grant-making
- Mental health issues
In line with the Foundation’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Statement, the Foundation is particularly interested in receiving applications from individuals from backgrounds under-represented on charity trustee boards.
As independent members of the Board of Trustees, candidates should not be employed by CareTech plc or any of its subsidiaries or related companies nor have any financial or other interest involving CareTech plc, its subsidiaries or its directors which might be or be seen as undermining their independent status.
Please note that this role is unremunerated but reasonable travelling expenses on Foundation basis will be reimbursed.
The separate Trustee recruitment pack provides full details of the role and qualities sought. Those interested may also care to read the Foundation’s latest Annual Report.
