The Foundation is now a part of a movement of thousands of organisations, businesses and people, across the UK, who believe that a hard day’s work deserves a fair day’s pay. We want to make that everyone always has enough to live on.

We recognise the importance of making sure our employees have enough money to live on and this accreditation demonstrates that everyone that works for us gets a living wage. It is critical that employers continually invest in their employees and make sure they have sufficient funds to meet their day-to-day needs. This is a key ambition of the leadership team at the Foundation.
