We are delighted to award a Match-Funding Grant to The Little Princess Trust, a charity who provide free wigs to children and young people undergoing cancer treatment. They provide practical help to families facing the challenges of cancer as well as funding research, which offers help and hope to children now and in the future.
Percy donated his hair and raised £569 for The Little Princess Trust. With our Match-Funding Grant of the maximum amount, £350, the total has been taken up to £919!
‘Percy has been growing his beautiful hair since birth, but with his first day of primary school looming, he decided it was time to brave the big cut! It seemed such a shame to waste such beautiful hair, so the decision was made to donate it to the little princess trust, in the hope that it gave joy to little boys and girls who needed it more than him… Percy is incredibly grateful for all the wonderful donations.’
