Saeed is the youngest charity CEO to lead an organisation to receive Her Majesty the Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service.
At 21-years old, Saeed leads Xplode Magazine, a Greater Manchester youth charity that bridges social good and productivity to foster a promising future for young people. A trustee of a local counselling organisation and HRH The Prince of Wales’ #iwill youth social action campaign, Saeed holds youth voice close to his heart.
A Manchester Metropolitan University PR and Marketing graduate, Saeed has been active in the media industry as a broadcaster for the Wireless Group since he was 15 years old.
Saeed also holds numerous awards including the Prime Minister’s Points of Light Award and was an expert advisor to the Government’s Full-Time Social Action Review.
Saeed has personal experience of the care sector, having spent much of his childhood in local authority care. Saeed has also written publicly about his personal issues with depression and anxiety.
