Together for Short Lives

The Foundation is pleased to partner with Together for Short Lives as it expands its palliative care services to four new regions (Bedford, Milton Keynes, Birmingham, North West, South East region) with the aim to deliver more face to face support, provide energy and food grants and offer support and training to families impacted by the loss of young ones. Overall, we expect 4,000 families to be supported through the delivery of at least 40 outreach events.
