Following successful delivery in Wales, the Vision Friends programme received funding from the Foundation with the aim to work with CareTech Ltd staff to review and roll out the project in the care sector. The programme developed the Vision Friend training programme, toolkit and resources. The four modules, each one-hour long with training delivered face-to-face and virtually. Training has been provided to 153 staff members across CareTech Ltd and Crossreach, a learning disabilities care provider in Scotland, has also signed up to receive the training.
