Results:
- Supported 840 potential and current care professionals. 147 people achieved new qualifications and 552 people reported increased confidence in their future
- 4 of the Foundation’s partnerships increased access to support for unpaid carers
- 408 unpaid carers report increased employability skills
- 530 care workers have achieved new qualifications
- 465 children have been supported due to increased skills of carers
- 1044 parent carers report increased confidence
- The Foundation has awarded 252 Staff Hardship Grants totaling £197,358 with the average grant being £783
